Web hosting is the service provided by web hosts, with the use of which an individual or an organization can put up their own website on the internet. There are numerous web hosts available these days. To choose the best one among them lies in the smartness of the user. For this purpose, one can take the help of webhostingrating.com. This website is like a guide to someone who is new to web hosting. The site rates and lists the top 10 web hosts who provide reliable service at affordable prices. Their web hosting news are unedited and they follow no favoritism. Therefore, one can count on their reviews.

There are various forms of web hosting like joomla web hosting reviews, Drupal web hosting, MODx web hosting, vBulletin web hosting, Wordpress web hosting and so on. So it is even more troublesome for the user to choose the appropriate host with whom joomla works its best. Wordpress software is again both freely hosted and self hosted. For wordpress webhosting that is based on customer satisfaction, affordability, technical support and reliability, you can logon to webhostingrating.com.

Johannesburg is the largest and probably the richest city in South Africa. It is a world class cosmopolitan city and home to all the modern amenities and entertainment that international travelers can demand. Hence it is one of the, world’s most popular and highest visited holiday resorts. One major reason for round the year heavy influx of tourists in Johannesburg is the city’s groove and energy. Not only the casinos, bars, nightclubs, cafes, discos and restaurants provide Johannesburg all that glitz and glamour, but the city’s culture and festivals also add to this charm. Thus Johannesburg flights run all year round and with increasing pace during holiday seasons.

The city of Johannesburg is deemed as the cultural hub of South Africa as the country’s most prestigious theaters, performing arts activities, visual art exhibitions and galleries and art training and education is concentrated here. The Inner City of Johannesburg is especially known for art and culture and it is actually this area, from where the city of Johannesburg was born. Performing arts, concerts, food festivals, fashion events, art exhibitions and many other events all year round, make it one of the liveliest cities of the world. These events draw a number of artistes as well as tourists from around the world to this grand and thriving city. Demands for flights to Johannesburg especially increase prior to and during the month of August as it is the holiday season in most parts of the world. Thus people find it easy to travel, explore the foreign lands and acquire the much needed peace of mind. It is exactly the same time when “The Annual Joy of Jazz Festival” is held in Johannesburg, thus most of the world’s air traffic is shared by this city during holiday season.

This event is sponsored and hosted by Standard Bank thus it is officially known as “Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival”. It is one of the most thriving and joyful events to happen anywhere in the world in which musicians from around the world come to participate. The festival is filled with musical performances held all around the city covering many genres; however, emphasis is laid more on ‘Jazz’. The proceedings of Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival are mostly concentrated in Newtown, Inner City. Newtown is a part of Inner City where most of Johannesburg’s internationally popualr events and festivals are held.

In 2010, Standards Bank Joy of Jazz Festival is planned to be held from 27th-29th August (Thursday to Saturday) thus it is going to be a three-day event. This year, world renowned musicians from around the globe have been enlisted as performers for the groovy festival, many of whom are internationally acclaimed. Almost all the musicians from the African continent, especially from Nigeria, are expected to be a part of the festival, while many others from Europe and America are also invited. Some prominent names include; Brian Thusi, Jonas Gwangwa, Vusi Mahlasela, Pops Mohamed and Ben Williams from South Africa, the Grammy Award winner from Sweden, Andreas Vollenweider and American Emmy Award winning guitarist Cheili Minucci.

Many other jazz performers, vocalists, keyboardists, composers, producers, music arrangers, violinists, tenors, saxophonists and guitarists will also be taking the stages of Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival 2010.

Artists and jazz lovers from around the globe have already started to book their flights to Johannesburg. Moreover, many airlines are offering cheap flights to Johannesburg to help more jazz lovers to get to the exotic city this holiday.

My partner and I are always looking for new exciting ways to enjoy ourselves on holiday. We have been bungee jumping from the highest bungee point in the world, we have sky dived into the ocean, and we have canoed white water rapids all over the world, but we have recently booked something that is going to put all of that in the shade! We have booked ourselves a trip to the Edge of Space! We are travelling to Moscow to take part in this fabulous opportunity and we will fly from there on our trip. The trip also includes some stomach turning aerobatics in the Mig 29 fighter jet which I can’t wait to experience! The thought of space travel
or something close to it is just so exciting! I know that this is going to be the most amazing trip we have ever been on and it is important for us to get all of the component parts of our holiday right so that we can focus on the main event. I looked up a map of Moscow online to find somewhere to stay near to the base and we found a perfect area just outside of Moscow. Once we had our location we just needed accommodation and luckily there were several delightful looking guest houses in the area that would suit our needs.

Because there was plenty of time leading up to the space trip I decided that there was quite a bit of sight seeing we could do before the flight. We scheduled in a trip to the Kremlin, a wander through Star City, the purpose built town for the people who were involved in the space race, and I also organised a guide to take us around the most interesting parts of the great city.

The small holiday island of Lanzarote is home to the big resort of Puerto del Carmen. Which is the most popular destination on the island for tourists and which boasts great beaches as well as excellent nightlife and plenty for guests to do and see.

Puerto del Carmen was called La Tiñosa until the 1960´s when the name was changed and tourists first started arriving here. At that time there were no roads on Lanzarote and the only hotel was the Los Fariones, located right on the beach. Today the Fariones is still there but everything else has changed as Puerto del Carmen has evolved into one of the most popular holiday resorts in Spain.

And little wonder, as the weather here is wonderful whatever the time of the year, thanks to Lanzarote´s lucky location off the coast of Morocco. Which means that tourists can enjoy sunshine and decent temperatures even during December and January. Making the island popular as both a winter and summer sun destination.

Over the years the number of visitors booking a stay in one of the island’s hotels has fallen away, with a growing number of guests preferring to source their own Lanzarote villas and apartments direct online. A task made so much easier with the advent of the internet. With the best villas in Puerto del Carmen located above the Old Town harbour and in the residential area of Los Mojones. Cheaper apartment accommodation can be found in abundance in the New Town, which runs parallel with the main beach, Playa Grande. With basic studio accommodation on centrally located complexes starting from just €180 per week.

Beaches are of course key to Puerto del Carmen’s appeal and the resort is home to a fine selection. Playa Grande as the name suggests is the largest and the best known. And holidaymakers will find that there are plenty of good facilities here such as showers and sunloungers. This beach is also ideal for families with young kids as it shelves gently into the Atlantic.

There are a number of other smaller beaches located just off the main seafront strip, the Avenida de las Playas. Whilst many locals also favour Playa Chica, close to the Old Town harbour area. From where tourist can hop on board boats departing for the neighburing island of Fuerteventura.

When it comes to water related activities, Cyprus doesn’t fall short of options. Part of the European Union and the third largest island in the Mediterranean, Cyprus has become a very popular travel destination, especially for those who like to get their feet wet.
With its Mediterranean climate, one can expect relatively long, dry and hot summers, and not to mention warm waters that will have you jumping back in for more. This certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed by local entrepreneurs and has consequently caused the area to flourish with water sports companies. You can quite literally find any kind of water activity to suit your tastes, including scuba diving, water skiing, wake boarding, knee boarding and windsurfing to name a few.
There is also plenty of choice to keep the kids happy as well, such as inflatable water sports and rides, and large aqua parks.
Cyprus really is as relaxing as it sounds and sailing with a yacht is without a doubt a fantastic way to enjoy its exquisite marine life, gorgeous harbours and stunning beaches; and for those that want a little more excitement you can always grab a jet ski or go on a speed boat tour around the island.
Speaking of marine life and excitement, fishing is another major attraction. Not only is the weather perfect for it, but if you are looking to catch something big, then you might just be in luck. Boasting with bass, carp, roach, tuna, catfish and many more, you are guaranteed to get ‘hooked’.
So if you are looking for a water wonderland, then a cheap holiday to Cyprus is a great option.

There is no end to the number of great days out you can enjoy in the Midlands. Whether you want a thrilling fun-packed adventure, or a quiet trip discovering idyllic scenery in historic surroundings, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

So, where is the best place to start? Well, how about Alton Towers Resort. Catering for all ages, this is the UK’s largest theme park famous for its groundbreaking rollercoasters, well as being home to a leading Midlands conference centre. But whether it’s business or pleasure that brings you here, you are assured an unforgettable time. Those that love white-knuckle rides won’t know where to start, as there are so many to choose from, each more terrifying than the last. There’s also a simply splashing water park with slides glore and a spa, should you want to relax and unwind while the kids go wild on the rides.

For a day out that’s full of aping about, there is Monkey Forest. Set in 60-acres of beautiful woodland and meadows, you can come face-to face with its 140 monkeys who live there in total freedom. A totally unique experience, you’ll discover the fascinating world of the Barbary Macaques up close and personal. As you walk through their environment, you may see males carrying babies, females grooming each other, young monkeys doing acrobatics and much more.

If you’d rather be the one doing all the monkeying around, then Go Ape is for you. This is a high-wire adventure in Channock Forest for those with a head for heights. Here, the whole family can take to the trees as they laugh, shout and scream their way through three hours of canopy capers. If you’ve wanted to be Tarzan, this is your chance as you try everything from climbing a 40ft rope-ladder to swinging into a giant rope-net.

Those who’d prefer a more leisurely day out will prefer Iron Bridge Gorge. The home of the Industrial Revolution which changed the world 300 years ago, it offers a range of ten award-winning museums to visit. For example, you can experience the past at first hand, with a trip to the Blists Hill Victorian Town. Then, why not visit Coalport China Museum, renowned as one of the country’s finest porcelain manufacturers and the Jackfield Tile Museum with its gas-lit galleries and period room settings.

A good bachelor party should be something your best mate should remember for the rest of his lie. If it’s really good, he shouldn’t be able to remember it at all!

Europe is littered with perfect cities for a stag do. A lot of people choose to head to London, England’s capital city because it offers the perfect mix of glamour and hedonism required for really great bachelor parties. Head to Central London for the best bars and clubs but be sure to research what’s on offer in the area before you decide exactly where to go. In fact, it can sometimes be better for you to contact an event planner to organise the event for you. You can search online for stag weekends uk to find a great event planner, or alternatively you can go direct to Eclipseleisure.co.uk where you will find help no matter what sort of stag do you want to throw. Eclipse also organise hen weekends so they cater for all of your needs.

Good luck with the party, and remember – what goes on the stag do, stays on the stag do!

This year me and my friends somehow contrived to miss our annual holiday to the Greek islands. A couple of us had work commitments, and one or two of us just couldn’t afford it at the time. We all just thought in the end that we could live without a holiday for one year. How wrong we turned out to be! By November most of us were desperate to get out of the country and none of us really thought we could wait until summer time next year to make the break. Someone mentioned the idea of a skiing holiday and that was that!

I had been skiing a couple of times before and I had almost forgotten about it – but once reminded I remembered the exhilaration of tearing down the mountain side, the beauty of the Alps, and the wonderful feeling of the cold wind and hot sun hitting your face simultaneously. As soon as I heard the work ‘Skiing’, I had made up my mind and wild horses wouldn’t have kept me off those slopes. A couple of my friends were quite experienced skiers, and as such had all of their own equipment.

There was a bit of confusion as to whether or not they would be able to get all of this equipment across on our flights from Heathrow but a quick check on a website which gives tips for flying, we realised that a small supplement would cover us.

Once we had decided what we wanted to do, we had to decide where to go! Not an easy choice when you have five blokes all wanting to go to their favourite destination. In the end we decided to go to Meribel, in the French Alps, because that was right between Courcheval and Val Thorens, and we could ski the whole area with a decent ski pass. We had a few concerns about the cost of living in this top end resort, so we consulted a budget travel website just to make sure we weren’t out of our depth. Although expensive, it seemed like there might be a few cheap places to eat, and we decided to take our chances.

I’m glad we did take our chances! Meribel provided some of the best skiing any of us had ever experienced and the weather was perfect. It snowed for three days before our arrival meaning that the pistes were fresh and the off piste was a perfect powder! It was a great week, and our old once a year holiday has suddenly become a twice yearly event!

Few holiday islands offer both year round sunshine and breathtaking volcanic scenery. But Lanzarote in the Canaries is an ideal destination for anyone seeking warm weather whatever the month. Whilst also boasting some of the most surreal terrain in the world.

Lanzarote is one of the seven Canary Islands that are owned by Spain and part of the EU and are situated in the Atlantic Ocean off the west coast of Africa. Enjoying a year round clement climate as a result. With very little in the way of rainfall either. Making this the ideal destination for both summer and winter holidays.

Indeed holidays in Lanzarote have been featured in the brochures of all of the major tour operators ever since package tourism first took off here back in the 1970´s. Although today many tourists tend to book their own hotels, flights and villas in Lanzarote direct online. A trend that has contributed to the demise of the high street travel agent in the UK.

This has also created increased demand for self catering accommodation in general – and as result good quality properties in the main resorts are in high demand. With villas in Playa Blanca at the southern end of the island proving especially popular. And with many visitors investing in the Lanzarote property market in order to rent villas out to their fellow holidaymakers at a profit too.

Despite the depreciation of sterling versus the euro and the recent economic crisis Lanzarote´s tourist industry has proved pretty resilient. The island still welcomed 1.4 million arrivals during the course of last year and the first quarter of 2010 has seen a small uplift in visitor numbers. Suggesting that the worst of the recession may be over.

Either way Lanzarote remains a unique island to visit whilst also offering excellent value for money. As accommodation, car hire and eating out are all much cheaper than on other Spanish holiday islands such as Ibiza and Mallorca. Partly as a result of the fact that the island enjoys a year round rather then three month season.

Lanzarote also has loads of attractions for tourists to visit. Encompassing museums, natural wonders such as the volcanic region and the Valley of 1000 Palms and plenty of pretty little pueblos such as Yaiza and Haria. A local artist called César Manrique has also created some stunning tourist centres such as the Jameos del Agua which are high on the itinerary of most visitors.
